Support for every app published here — FutureSelf, AI Headshot Generator Selfiey, Ascend, WOD & CrossFit Workout Timer, Vidonna and Fluxa. Something not working, a refund question, or a feature request: email is the fastest route and replies usually go out within 24 hours.

Subscriptions, refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation and refunds go through your Apple ID rather than through us: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refund requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase on a new device: open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

If an AI result does not look like you (FutureSelf, Selfiey)

Use a front-facing photo in even, indirect light.
Turn off beauty filters and skin smoothing before shooting — they erase the texture the model needs.
Keep hair and hands away from the jawline, and remove glasses if you can.
Try a smaller age step; extreme jumps amplify identity drift.
If a whole set comes back blurred or with a different face, email the details and the credits will be refunded.

Timer and routine apps

The workout timers run without a network connection and need no account; if audio cues are silent, check the device mute switch and per-app volume.
Ascend keeps your routine, shelf and journal on the device, so reinstalling the app starts an empty history.

Deleting your data

Results live in the app's local history; deleting them there, or deleting the app, removes them from the device. For anything held server-side, email sinan.kulen.dev@gmail.com and it will be removed.
